Burgers and beers – what better combination is there? Asian fusion bao burgers and craft beer.
Join Brussels Beer City and Baogo – central Brussels’ Asian fusion burger joint – on Tuesday January 22 for an evening of great food and great beers.
With the in-house bao experts at Baogo, we are assembling a menu of experimental fusion bao burgers to go alongside excellent local and international beers – each chosen by award-winning writer and beer sommelier Eoghan Walsh. A three course tasting menu designed exclusively for this event will be served, giving the opportunity to these experts of fusion food to explore new taste combinations. Alongside this and a welcome drink and snack, we will eat, drink, and discover the art of pairing beer and food – how to pair, what to drink, and how to drink it.
The menu is still being finalized but think crisp pils paired with pulled pork, or rich bulgogi beef served with a fruity pale ale.

• Guided tasting with Eoghan Walsh, award-winning beer writer and qualified beer sommelier
